Returns and Exchanges

Online Shopping Return Policy:

All items being returned or exchanged must be in the original condition that they were purchased. Items that have been washed, worn, have pet hair on them, smell of smoke, perfume or any other odors will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Returnable items must have original tags/box/packaging intact and be in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Refunds, exchanges or store credits will be processed after the product has been received at Mackie H-D, inspected and approved for return. 

Customers are not eligible for a refund on original shipping fees. 

The Return policy is valid for 15 days from date of purchase. No Exceptions.

*Update - December 26, 2020: We are not able to accept returns during the provincewide lockdown period. We have amended our holiday return policy to accept returns 30 days from when the lockdown restrictions are lifted. Thank you.
